Female financial independence by Marina Zubrod

Marina Zubrod is an independent management consultant. Digital transformation in the finance and FinTech industry is her focus. Large corporations such as Schufa, Unity Media, ING or Signal Iduna rely on their expertise when it comes to equipping these companies for the future. Her topics include strengthening digital positioning, new strategic directions for companies and their culture, and the development of action plans.

 She is particularly interested in connecting innovative startups with corporations from traditional industries. She acts a business angel and investor for various products, such as female hygiene products, beauty products and sexual well-being products. Marina is also an advisory board member of the Federal Association of German Startups (Bundesverband Deutscher Startups) and deputy chairwoman of the Women Entrepreneurs Network. There she organized events for and with patron Brigitte Zypries, among others. Further, Marina organizes charity events and founded her own natural cosmetics startup, Matica Cosmetics, in Hamburg.

Marina describes herself as "mother, wife, and always entrepreneur".
