The importance of work-related resources in shipping from a business psychological perspective.

In detail, it is about resources that can be influenced by management behavior and whose deployment and use shipping companies or companies have an active opportunity to promote the well-being, motivation and ability of their employees to work. Especially if they work in an environment that is characterized by stressful working conditions.

I briefly go into the theoretical background in order to show the scientific foundation of this approach, give practical examples and show results from studies and from my own master's thesis, which also deals with the topic.
