Nach der Hamburger Verordnung handelt es sich hierbei um eine 2G+ Veranstaltung:

Die Zugangsvoraussetzungen des Zwei-G-Plus-Zugangsmodells entsprechen den Voraussetzungen des Zwei-G-Modells (geimpft, genesen) ergänzt um die Pflicht zur Vorlage eines Testnachweises (offizieller Schnelltest), auch für geimpfte und genesene Personen. Von der Testpflicht sind im Zwei-G-Plus-Zugangsmodell Personen ausgenommen, die eine Auffrischimpfung (Booster) erhalten haben.

We would like to cordially invite you to our annual kick-off event on 16.02.2022 at 6.30 pm on the Cap San Diego.

According to the Hamburg regulation, this is a 2G+ event:

The access requirements of the 2G+ access model correspond to the requirements of the 2G model vaccinated, recovered) supplemented by an actual antigen-test (official Schnelltest). In the 2G+ access model, people who have received a booster vaccination are exempt from the test requirement.
