Anträge auf Ergänzungen der Tagesordnung müssen bis eine Woche vor der Versammlung schriftlich oder textlich beim Vorstand eingereicht werden, damit der Vorstand sie noch auf die Tagesordnung setzen kann (§ 11 der Satzung)./
Requests for additions to the agenda have to be sent to the board in written or textual form until one week before the members assembly to allow the board to put those additions into the agenda (§11).

Wir hoffen, viele Mitglieder pünktlich begrüßen zu können. Bitte benutze die Anmeldungfunktion im Mitgliedsportal, damit wir sicherstellen können, dass genug Ressourcen bereitstehen (evtl. Anmietung größerer Raum). /
We hope to welcome many members on time. Please use the Sign-Up function in the members portal, so we can make sure that enough ressources are available (eg. renting a bigger room).

Die Mitgliederversammlung wird hybrid stattfinden, vor Ort und über Zoom. Der Teilnahmelink steht jetzt oben in der Einladung/Erinnerung (per Mail). Abstimmungen werden voraussichtlich offen per Handzeichen erfolgen, bei geheimen Wahlen mit Stimmzettel bzw. direkter Chatnachricht an eine Wahlhelfer:in / 
The general meeting will be hybrid, on site and via Zoom. The participation link is now at the top of the invitation/reminder (by e-mail).  Voting will probably be open by show of hands, in case of secret ballot with ballot paper or direct chat message to a voting helper
