DiversityWeek - Boosting your Business through Diversity & Inclusion am 24.11.2020
Hallo zusammen,
vom 23. -27. November findet die erste Diversity Week statt - eine Aktion initiert und unterstützt durch JCI Europe. Insgesamt werden knapp 20 Workshops, Trainings oder Panels zu unterschiedlichsten Themen angeboten.
Unser Mitglied Ulrike Reinhard ist eine der Initiatorinnen und Organisatorinnen der Diversity Week und hält auch selbst ein Training.
Wer also vor der AK-UFO Veranstaltung am 24.11. um 18 Uhr Lust darauf hat zu erfahren, warum Diversität und Inklusion strategische Erfolgsfaktoren für Unternehmen sind und nicht nur zum Unternehmenserfolg beitragen, sondern vor Allem die Innovationsfähigkeit erhöhen, ist herzlich eingeladen.

Diversity in perspectives and experiences is a major key to create a successful business that can adapt over time. We will look at tools for empowering business through diversity and inclusion. We will also discuss how to create an inclusive workplace where all employees can reach their full potential and where teams are more innovative due to diverse approaches to business challenges. Additionally we will be looking at a variety of research and studies to verify the business case on diversity and inclusion being a strategic element to a company's success.
Ulrike Reinhard is JCI Mannheim-Ludwigshafen Past President and member of JCI Europe Equality & Diversity Taskforce. Since almost 20 years Ulrike works in the technology-driven industrial business environment. She is passionate about Diversity & Inclusion and believes that it is a crucial strategic success factor for companies. In her workshop she will provide deeper insight on "why" and "how".
