"Dear WISTA Ladies, in this WISTAzoomt I would like to take the opportunity to introduce myself to you. I am Dr. Claudia Dreszer, the Chief Scientific Officer at Ankron Water Services, a company providing testing and consulting services to the maritime industry. Since I am quite a new member at WISTA Germany I hope to meet many of you in this Zoom, to get to know you and have some fun networking. Plus, I will be giving some insights on how commissioning testing of ballast water management systems looks like in real life and what the pitfalls are. And I will point out some of the challenges of restarting and managing wastewater treatment systems on cruise ships after the long Covid induced break."
