At this Jour Fixe we can welcome Marna Dr. Michel, who is giving a lecture on "Why Mothers should be Leaders".

„Marna Michel has a PhD in molecular biology and had a promising career. Finding herself reduced from having a challenging and fulfilling job to accepting compliments on her housekeeping skills after giving birth was kind of a wake-up call for her.

Still, going back to her old job, she found herself shunted off to the side, as not working full-time seemed to equate getting all the unwanted and uninteresting projects. So, she changed course and took charge – and after working Germany-wide successfully as interim manager she now consults, helps and inspires women to combine career and children.”
