HOW TO MAKE THE MARITIME INDUSTRY ATTRACTIVE TO YOUNGER GENERATIONS

After a little WALLEM presenation we will talk about creating a positive image of the maritime industry, roles onshore and ashore, fleet performance, bulding career path, training beyond STCW, soft skills devleopment...... and of course their will be time for Q&A from the audience.

The session will be in english and planned for one hour.
